For the Starter plan, you need to sign up using your name, email address and a password, together with your goal parameters. Then you will follow the payment process using PayPal. For the 3 shots and 5 shots plans, you just need to sign in with the information you used when signed up, and then make the payment using PayPal as well.

For the Starter plan, you can get a full refund after having made the payment, as far as you have not received yet the app. For the 3 shots and 5 shots plans, you can get a refund up to 14 days after completing the payment if you haven't used yet any of the ideas contained in the plans.

Once we have received the payment, we will send you the app together with the instructions to start your journey. This process can take up to 24 hours.

You can just send us a message telling us the email address you used to sign up and the type of snap/s that you want (plan, explore and/or insights), together with the snaps file that you will get from imap. You can check the step by step process in our guidelines.

We aim to get you back with the snap between 24 and 48 hours after having received your request.

Nope. Once you have bought any of them, you can use them whenever you need it.

The data that you input in the app remains in your own local machine and it's only accessible by you. When you request a snap, we may need to access some of your data. Check our privacy policy for more information.
